Actually everything was very clean, my next choice again in Belfast. The English breakfast had plenty of choices. Late check-out was useful. Its location was central, within walking distance of Waterfront Hall.

lovely stay, we where there for 2 days. every detail of this fairly decent property was modern. stayed in functional deluxe queen room with comfortable beds, a good view, for example. the grill restaurant was terrific, they served fab food.

Joyful hotel, air conditioned room and THE BEST location. Absolutely superb view, a beautiful balcony, amazing bed, too. Joyful venue ideally located in the city. The service was good too.

I loved our stay, the staff were very-very nice and the location was awesome. Exceptionally nice breakfast and lots of goodies. The king guest room was fully-equipped and fully-equipped. A good beach, scenic view. Also, a large & very varied indoor market was around the corner.
